Believe it or not, businesses can generate leads through Instagram. Gone are the days when the visual platform was only utilized to share personal photos with friends and family and follow a few of your favorite public figures, sports heroes and celebrities. Thanks to new features such as Stories, Instagram can certainly be utilized for not only B2C but also for B2B purposes.

Stories are photos, videos, links and text that are visible to your followers (and others!) for 24 hours (unless you add them to your highlights, but we’ll get to that later). The Stories are accessed by clicking on a profile’s icon. This allows you to share content with your audience that didn’t exactly make the cut, or share it in between posts without feeling spammy.
